Due to the preorder nature of our releases, Hurlstone does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference reasons.

Please carefully review the product description, sizing information, color, shipping estimate, and your shipping address before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact [hurlstonesurf@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other remedy.

This final-sale policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

PREORDER DELAYS

Preorder shipping dates are estimates. If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe originally communicated, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping date and any options required by applicable law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot normally be canceled or modified. Please verify your items, sizes, quantities, shipping address, and other information before completing checkout.
