Shipping policy

SHIPPING & PREORDER POLICY

All products sold in this Hurlstone release are preorder items. This means products are purchased before production and fulfillment are complete.

PREORDER TIMELINE

Please allow up to 6 weeks from the close of the preorder period for your order to ship. This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by production, quality control, freight, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We will make every effort to fulfill orders within the estimated timeframe. If there is a significant delay, we will provide customers with an updated estimated shipping date by email.

SHIPPING

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your package has been shipped.

Shipping transit time begins after the preorder has been produced and your order has been fulfilled. Any estimated carrier delivery time shown does not mean that your preorder is ready to ship immediately.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address before your order has shipped, contact us as soon as possible at [hurlstonesurf@gmail.com]. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.

Once an order has been shipped, Hurlstone cannot change the delivery address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Hurlstone is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking information shows an issue while your package is in transit, please contact us and the shipping carrier so we can assist in investigating the shipment.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

Orders containing multiple preorder items will generally ship together once all items in the order are ready.
